Position Summary


To assist with the day-to-day activities within a production facility. This position involves hauling aggregate to various locations within the plant. In addition, the ability to assist with plant operations in the event of an absence or breakdown.



  • Proactive in SAFETY and works well in a team
  • Perform and complete daily inspection report
  • Operate heavy equipment in a safe manner
  • Perform plant clean-up as needed
  • Report repair items to maintenance
  • Must be willing to work overtime as required, including Saturdays and/or Sundays
  • Outdoor work experience required
  • Plant experience a plus
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Fast learner and motivated
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Minimum Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prefer 2-3 years of previous on-the-job experience
  • Valid Driver's License


Knowledge, SKills and Abilites

  • Effective communication skills
  • Ablilty to operate heavy equipment
  • Ability to read and understand operating instructions
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to climb stairs and/or ladders
